i have the option "i want to create or add an email address" on one of the blackberry devices. The rest dont have the option. How can i enable this option for the rest? is there any conf that i can do at the BES server?

Have patience this board is "staffed" by volunteers and most of them seem to be in the US and are thus still in bed. In any case only allowing 90 minutes for a response is a wee bit optimistic.

All i can think is that the device in question is configured for BIS as well as BES, hence the extra option. None of mine are dual configured so can't help any more.

If you need urgent help you should call someone for support.

What model device do you have? What OS Application version?

Are the others the exact same devices? Are you call using the same carrier?

Are all the devices brand new? Sounds like the icon may be hidden possibly too.

No, you can't set this from the BES.

Regardless, this isn't a BES issue, its a carrier and / or device issue.
