I have a BES server which I moved from an SBS 2003 Env (with Exchange 2003 SP2) to a new environment which has BES 4.1.4 (same version as before ) on a Win 2003 Std server and an Exchange 2007 server running on an SBS 2008 Std box. The move of the database went fine except I cannot get any of the users to start (see portion of MAGT log)

What I cannot understand is why [30025] Failed to get SMTP address for joe occurs as I can email the user, see his SMTP address in the Exchange 2007 Mgmt console, and the line

40739] (07/13 08:45:13.001):{0x173C} MAPIMailbox::MAPIMailbox(2) - ResolveName[2] success for DisplayName='joe'

shows success. I tried restarting BES and related services multiple times and ways (per a number of KB articles) but to no avail. I dd try a reload of each of the 3 users but that did nothing.

Any input would be greatly appreciated

... but can you see the user in the GAL? BES uses its default GAL to find users.
