We have a voice mail system that will send your VM via email (unified messaging, .wav).

As it works now if you use the trackball you get this:


And if you select "Open Attachment" you get this:


We would like to set the default to "Preview". And let them use the "Blackberry" button to save the VM to their device.

I can't find anything on the BES or the device to do this.

You'd need some third party app to do this; there is no native functionality to do it.
