Default BES Junk Email Problems

Hi all,

I know there are a few posts here and there about issues with junk email but none of them appear to fit my exact circumstances.

Handset - Bold 9000
BES version -
Outook version - Professional 2003 SP3
Email filter - Messagelabs

The Outlook client filters are working properly i.e junk messages are being filtered to junk email folder poperly on the desktop however one user recently noted that these messages are appearing on her handset.

The user's folder redirection is set to the default setting of inbox only. No changes have been made to Outlook or BES regarding junk mail filters.

Additionally, another user who was upgraded from an 8110 handset to the Bold has noticed that this is happening to them but only since being upgraded to the Bold i.e the 8110 handset was capturing Junk email properly in the folder and not displaying it.

Any thoughts or ideas on where to start looking to solve this problem?
