Default Moving Mailboxes

Please Login to Remove!

Hi,

We've installed a new Exchange (2007) server and migrated all mailboxes to it. I say all, but I soon found moving the Besadmin mailbox stopped BES working. Can someone give me the lowdown on the best way to proceed? I thought that once I moved the Besadmin mailbox, updated the MAPI profile and then set the 2 permissions on the 2007 server all would be well. Evidently there's a bit more to it....

Thanks in advance.

Thanks. That's exactly what I've already done, but no joy.

Hi,

Sorry for the delay in replaying...

Errors include:

BlackBerry Messaging Agent SRV1 Agent 1 failed to start. Error code 5302

MailboxManager::SubsystemInitialize - MAPILogonEx (0x80070057)

BES then seems to lose contact with the handsets as soon as the BESAdmin mailbox is moved to the new server and the MAPI profile repointed.
