Default Issue on upgrading to Windows 2003 SP2?

I know that this is an outdated question.
The previous admin in the company I'm working right now do not perform windows update. Our BES 4.1.6 is still on Windows 2003 Enterprise Edition SP1. I'll upgrade it to SP2. I just want to know, if anybody encounter any issue and what has been done to correct this?

done the upgrade many times. works perfectly fine. I'd recommend stopping all BES / SQL services prior to doing the upgrade and doing an appropriate backup
