Anybody get this up and running yet? I am trying but not having much luck. Whenever I try to access the Unity message on the handheld it gives me a 404 Page not found error. I am sure I don't have all the settings right but I couldn't find a GOOD document on the way it is to be setup.

I don't even like this solution. Without it i have unity emailing us the .wav attachment of the voicemail. All I need is the ability to open .wav attachments and we'll be set. i'd rather not install this and have users have to click on a link to load.

can you access it from your PC browser? if so, can you access other sites from the MDS browser? did you set the BlackBerry Browser as your default browser?

and i agree with Inphektion - local conversion and compatibility with .wav files would be the best solution. i think the conversion piece should include the ability to up/down-sample .wav files as needed (i believe the lowest compatible is 32khz sample rate).

with that said, i don't think .wav files will be supported on more than the newer handhelds (7130, 7100i, 8700), leaving a lot of older handhelds that are not compatible (midi or adpcm only). while the Cisco integration is a nice initial offering, having a dial-back solution (complete with login and number input) is not the greatest approach, imo.

Just browsing the forums and I find this one interesting...

We have Topcall sending voicemessages (as .wav files) to our groupwise clients. However on our 7290 and my 8700 models, the device lists the wav file as attachement, but there is no way in listening to it on the device?

So my question is simple... Can you listen to wav files on your BB??
