I have an issue where after migrating a configuration database from an old BES 4.0.1 server to a new server the handhelds are refusing the IT policy. E-mail reconciliation is working perfectly but the BlackBerry Manager console is reporting that the handhelds are refusing to accept the Default IT policy. I have used the IT Policy editor to create a new IT policy but my users are all over the country and we don't use Desktop Manager so I can't use it to distribute the policy.bin file. Can I send the policy.bin file wirelessly to the handhelds? What I am trying to do is avoid wiping the handhelds and enterprise activating them.
