Default Help with server errors

Please Login to Remove!

Hi, this is my first post here and naturally it's because I have a problem.

I'm running Blackberry Professional software and one of our users keeps having a problem where mail will go to his device but sending from the device will fail. Usually after a restart of the server his device can send again.

I'm also getting the following errors in the logs:

Event Type: Warning
Event Source: BlackBerry Messaging Agent BLACKBERRY Agent 1
Event Category: None
Event ID: 20280
Date: 8/24/2009
Time: 7:21:31 AM
User: N/A
Computer: BLACKBERRY
Description:
{username@domain} DoICS() failed: ERR_FAIL

Event Type: Warning
Event Source: BlackBerry Messaging Agent BLACKBERRY Agent 1
Event Category: None
Event ID: 20044
Date: 8/24/2009
Time: 7:21:31 AM
User: N/A
Computer: BLACKBERRY
Description:
CalICSAgent::Synch: Could not synchronize for user_name

Event Type: Warning
Event Source: BlackBerry Messaging Agent BLACKBERRY Agent 1
Event Category: None
Event ID: 20060
Date: 8/24/2009
Time: 7:21:31 AM
User: N/A
Computer: BLACKBERRY
Description:
CalICSSynchronizer::Synchronize - Synchronize failed: (0x80004005), step 0/0

These logs pertain to one user and this user is the only one who is getting errors but everyone seems to have the problem of not sending e-mail once in a while. I hope someone here can give me a heads up. We only have 3 people using Blackberry devices so it's real easy to tell when there's a problem.

Thanks much!
