I am trying to update an application on a users BB via a push from the BES. The current version of the application was installed via the Desktop manager and now I cannot update the application via an OTA push. We have BES 4.0 and I have the software configuration set up correctly. I have successfully pushed the same application to other BBs that did not have a prior version of it via OTA. It is just one handheld that has an older version of the application and it wont update to the new one. I have checked the POLC log and it seems to show that the application successfully pushed however when I check the device it still has the old version
. I guess my question is has anyone else encountered this, and if so do I have to wipe the device and then push the application from the BES?
