Default Upgrade to BES 5.0 Enterprise from 4.0 Enterprise

Please Login to Remove!

Hi, was about to take this on but noticed the product info listed on the "exchange enterprise BES 5.0 upgrade" license says "1 user" now its the same kind of ballpark price as the 4.1 upgrade and that doesnt say "1 user" I was assured my cals would stay intact (I have 30 all in use) can someone put my mind at rest I dont have to buy new cals when going to BES 5.0?

Part number of the upgrade kit is PRD-24255-019

I would also appreciate some clarification regarding the use of 4.x server CALs with a 5.0 server.

Essentially, will the ~$800 upgrade cover me and my 50 BES CALs?

You can use all your CALs from 4.1 in 5.0.
Only if you are doing a side-by-side upgrade then you should have temp CALs assigned. Or, remove and assign CALs as necessary when transporting users.
