We have a pool of BBs that we use to loan out for internation travel. We are on a BES, 4.1.6. Is there a way to create a group and move these blackberries to that group so that we can always see who has one of the loaners? For each of the loaners the user would change but it would help us to see the status for these blackberries.
Any ideas much appreciated!

You can assign a user to a group, but not a device.
Once that device is assigned to a new user, you'd need to remember to add that user account to the group you want them to be in.

Thanks for the reply. That's what I was afraid of, that we could not add a device to a group.
Oh well, I'll have to figure something else out.

If you have the device PINs, you can throw them into a table, and then join that table with the dbo_UserConfig table to spit out the matches. You can use Access or SQL to manage the devices as they'll change due to warranty, abuse, etc...
