Default BES 4 and PIM sync - quick question

It has been stated that most of the new capabilities for BES 4 can be appreciated with 3.8 on the 7100t device.

We have a mixed bag of TMobile RIM devices including several 7100t's and we have recently upgraded to BES 4 for Exchange. The 7100t devices are running 3.8.0.18 for now. We did see the new pic as email attachment capabilty with the upgrade.

Will we get the PIM OTA sync (contacts specifically) or do we need to wait for the handheld 4.0 software? If we should have it, do I need to do more to get it? ...uninstall the desktop software? ...disable the redirector?

Thanks

OTA PIM (Contacts, Notes, Tasks) require handheld 4.0 (obviously in addition to BES 4.0). So, we 7100t early adopters are out of luck for now.

Treo600... have you tried 3.8 with BES4.0? I had thought really the only different was the wireless activation and not so much with the wireless capabilities
