Is anyone out there using MOM to monitor Blackberry servers and if so does anyone know what to trap to send an event that will notifiy me if someone is either not sending or receving messages from the Blackberry. It is set up to monitor instances but I am trying to go a little granular. Anyone?

Our version 2.5 of NeedTEXT Monitor for BES (www.needtext.net/besmon) allows you to broadcast detailed BES-related alerts to MOM as SNMP traps. In NeedTEXT Monitor, you can monitor many performance metrics at the BES server level and at the individual handheld user level, including roundtrip message verification (for email messages and MDS data).
