Default Notes folder not syncing - 11-29-2005, 03:57 PM
We have a single Blackberry (7230) that refuses to sych the Notes folder. What's odd, is that we have other Blackberry 7230s that sync without issue.

Any ideas?

all folders or just a specific folder? has the bes server manager rights to the database?
have you looked in the state db of the user are the folders there listed?

It only happens with the Notes folder. I have not looked in the state db for the particular user. I will do that. Besadmin has the appropriate rights.
