Hello all! I was wondering if anybody knows a workaround or a solution for an issue I am facing with Nextel/Push-to-talk users on my BES. We have an IT policy in place that requires each device to have a password and to lock after no more than 30 minutes. My Nextel users are complaining that they are unable to use the push-to-talk feature unless they unlock the device. Setting the option under password (or general security) to enable outbound calls while the handheld is locked seems to not work for PTT. Does anyone have any ideas on this one or experience with this issue?
