At work we have a Canadian & a US BES. They're trying to migrate all the Canadian users to the US BES.
I removed myself from the canadian bes and added it to the US bes. When I try to run ent. activation I get the following:
"IT Policy was rejected so activation has been cancelled. Clear your handheld and retry."
It seems like it's trying to tell me to wipe the device (which would lose all config settings). Is there a way of not wiping the device upon reactivation on the US BES?? Any suggestion is appreciated.
