Default BBScreenshooter application problems

I was wondering if this application is still working. I downloaded it yesterday, but when I try to install it, I get an error that it's not a valid Win32 application. Thinking perhaps the download got corrupted, I tried it a couple more times, but I get the same error every time. Does anyone else have this problem? I am running Windows Vista 32-bit.

Ah, is it not compatible with Vista? That explains it then. Thanks.
