Default Unable to change default Calendar for PIM - 11-30-2005, 04:08 AM

I have an issue with a user where we have migrated a users mailbox from exchange5.5 to Exchange2003 and upgrded his DM to v4.

Everything is working fine on his BB except he doesn't use his calendar as default. He has created another one called My Calendar, so inorder to change his default calendar I have to go to DM and configure PIM select calendar and change it from wireless sync to MS Outlook. When I click on MS Outlook it doesn't seem to pick up his mail profile I.e under Folder name it doesn't say "mailbox - username\calendar", which from I should be able to browse through.

I have uninstalled DM and installed it in a new location, created a new mail profile and still same issue. If I log in as the user on my machine its ok or if I log in as another user on his machine he too is fine. But I can't do this with this user.

So I guess its something on his windows profile that is causing this not to show up. The only thing I haven't tried is remove all mail profiles and recreate a new mail profile instead of what I did which was add a new one leaving the old one intact.

Have you seen this before ? and what could I do to fix it.

I have got this to work, basically had to do a clean uninstall of DM and remove all mail profiles and reset them up. But the question I have now is will that default calendar wirelessly sync with the handheld.
