BES 5.0 upgrade licensing and SRP etc
Please Login to Remove!
hi there,
we've bought the 5.0 upgrade and I've managed to download it. However I've not been given or sent any licensing details or new SRPs.
Am I right to assume the upgrade is attached our SRP by Blackberry their side and all I need to do is run through the migration process?
I don't want to start the upgrade and find out 1/2 way through I missing some crucial information about licensing.
thanks in advance.

The upgraded version of BES 5 uses the SRP and CALs from your BES 4.1 environment. You won't be issued any new licensing information.

Wirelessly posted
Without another SRP you will have to go the knife-edge cutover route. You can always call TSupport for a temp SRP and CALs to go the side by side upgrade route.
