Default New User -- Appreciate Any Help You Can Provide

New user of the 8330 Curve. I am not able to receive emails unless I'm physically connected to my laptop. I use the BB for business, and have a BES. Any thoughts on how I can correct? Verizon is the carrier, and the device's Mobile Network is activated. Thanks.

Is the device activated on the BES? Probably need to talk to your BES Admin.

contact your carrier and make sure you have a BES data plan provisioned.
