Unhappy Send as option disapears

Hi all,

I'm french admin of a BES 4.1

On this BES, there is only one user and since laste week or later ... he didn't able to send emails. He receives all of his emails but not able to send.

I check many document about installation and troubleshout and I see the send as option wasn't enable on his account ...

Well, just re enable it, test : YEAH, it works !

Somes minutes or hours after, the option has been deleted ...

I test to had BESAdmin on another user no Blackberry user, and the option doesn't disapeared ...

So, I guest its a BES issue, but where ...

how about clicking that recherche button first next time...

Domain Admin, Send As, and Red X issue

I think I read 10 or 20 times this kind of topic ... I just re verify and seems the user is printer operator ... I didn't saw this before.

I guest the printer operator is like an admin ...

I test and will update after th result.
