|  Blackberry server - seemless failover
Please Login to Remove! Been posed the task of seeing if we can have a seemless failover is the BES fails. Currently, BES 4.1.6 is virtual, with full backs done, so if it fails, I just have to recover and start it up. Database is held on polyserve on a separate system. But the powers at be want to see if we can have the failover done seemlessly.
Any ideas if possible?
As so far I can see its possible in version 5. But a mate of mine said we could buy another SRP ID from RIM and create a new BES and add it to the BES domain, conenct to same database and that shouldm work - anyone done this?
