Default Calendar sync problem with one user - 09-14-2009, 05:13 PM

HI, I'm running BPS on an exchange 2003 server. All users work fine, except for one. When he adds an appointment on his blackberry calendar it does not sync to his outlook. Contacts and email work fine, both ways. I checked to make sure wireless sync was enabled, and it was. I also removed him from BES, did a wipe of his phone and reactivated, still no luck.

Any ideas?

He is just a member of domain users, webaccess, send email and internal users, (the later 3 are just security groups for regular users).

Go to Calendar options type RSET ... and say Yes to reloading it from the server. After that try again.

If that doesn't work, try upgrading the HH OS of the device and reactivating.
