Hope you can help with this as this has been bugging us for ages and have been told by various sources that this is something that has been configured on our BES server but know idea how to change this.
On our BES we support 60+ handhelds. Whenever the battery dies on a handheld (which seems to be far too often!) the phone doesn't reactivate with the server automatically and loses it's emails. We then have to reissue an enterprise activation password and reactivate.
On a weekly basis for quite sometime we have just been putting up with this however if anyone is aware of any settings or tweaks to our IT policy that we can make so when phones are plugged back in after having a flat battery, they reactivate then this would be great.
