I am trying to move a user using the Transporter from a BES Domino 4.1.6 MR7 to BESD Domino 5.0 MR2 and have this error in its log file:-

I am using BES Transporter 5.0 MR1. Could the version mismatch be the issue?

That is the latest version of the transporter.
Just a quick read of that output I would ask if you are trying to transport a user into a BES domain with 4.x box(es)?

Don't know, the guide did mention this error, it seems to suggest that all BES instances within the BlackBerry Domain needs to be upgraded to 5.0. Doesn't make sense, I was told that I should be able to move users from 4.1.6 to 5.0 using the Transporter... Strange...
