Default Moving mailboxes from E3 to E7 is causing problems

Please Login to Remove!

We've been migrating people from our Exchange 2003 enviroment to the Exchange 2007 enviroment.

I'm running into quite a few people who are having duplicate contacts. RIM's KB refers to a subfolder in the contacts causing this but none of my users have contacts in a subfolder, so that KB is no help.

What i've noticed is that if they try to do the rset command in Address Book, or the alt-cnfg in Enterprise Activation, it's telling them that "Wireless Synchronization is not enabled for Desktop." They can send/receive emails!?

I'm running BES 4.1.6

Anyone else seen this?
Your lack of planning is not my emergency.

If wireless sync isn't enabled then it isn't syncing ... do the people show as wireless sync enabled in BB Manager?

what version of 4.1 SP6 are you using? Applied any MRs?
