Default IT Policy Rejected

Please Login to Remove!

I have a device that is on Sprint. It's the user's personal Blackberry. I verified that he has the correct data plan that allows it to connect to a BES. Everytime I try to activate it, I get an error stating IT Policy Rejected. I do know that he has the device connected to a home Outlook account.

I wiped the device, but still receive the error.

I have searched these forums and could not find an answer besides wiping the device.

Any thoughts?

There is this KB, but it seems you've already wiped the device.

KB04533 - IT Policy Rejected - Port3101.org : Your BES Connection

You could try resetting the device to factory defaults and see if that works.
