Default Enterprise Activation starts after a backup is completed via DM

I have a user that backs up his Blackberry Curve 8330 via Desktop Manager and when the backup completed an Enterprise Activation starts. The Enterprise Activation hangs on email settings each time. This is something that started happening a few weeks ago. Nothing has changed on the Blackberry side.

Reload the DM and make sure you select BIS and not enterprise server or BES. It looks like it's attempting to find the BES server for activation.
If your on a BES then I would still reload to see if the issues goes away.
