How will everyone's users react to this? These things have become the life-blood of many of our key execs (which I am sure is the case everywhere). I may have to go into exile....

When I ask for down time to do maintenance my boss looks at me as if I was asking for a pardon for a serial killer.

I'm currently working with a vendor for a failover solution for our BES for Domino environment.
