Default "Number of Users" not updating

Please Login to Remove!

I removed a user from the Blackberry Manager and now when I tried to add another users instead, it still says that I have 11 users which is our limit so I can't add anyone else. Is I've refreshed the screen a number of times and even restarted the server. Any ideas how I can get this to update?

Not sure why this is, but have you checked the Users Pending Delete tab within BES? I don't think you'd have to reboot the machine to force anything, stopping/starting the services should do the same thing.

If user is stuck in pending delete, can drop user from database using the following:

1. Open command prompt
2. Type "osql -E"

3. 1>use BESMgmt
4. 2>go
5. 1>delete from userconfig where mailboxsmtpaddr=''<email address>''
6. 2>go

Using BPS? Happens alot.
