Is there a way to see the phone numbers in the BES Manager?

There is in 4.1 - don't have 5.0 loaded so I can't say. In 4.1 you just pick and choose columns by right clicking a column.

If the information isn't populated when you look at each individual account, then it's not being sent to the BES by phones.

Correct, it's not there in each account. Do you know how we tell the berry's to send this info to the BES? A policy perhaps?

Cheers

Make sure the phone number is properly entered on the SIM card and then try: KB15871 - Phone number or wireless service provider do not populate in BB Manager - Port3101.org : Your BES Connection

Got it. Added the number to the SIM settings within advanced options on the Berry. Refreshed the BES and hey presto!

It sux that it you have to manually enter the number each time.

Anyway, many thanks!

Well, that depends on your carrier. Some prepopulate the SIM with that info, some don't.
