Default Blackberry not updating calender on outlook web mail

Please Login to Remove!

Hey I am new to this.

I have a user that has a blackberry 8800

He can update his calender on outlook and it updates on the blackberry but when they update the calender on the blackberry it does not update on outlook.

The blackberry and send and receive emails fine, and it seems to be the only blackerry connected to the bes having this fault.

Using exchange 2007 and bes 4.3

Does anyone have any ideas how to fix this?

I don't think Outlook OWA can sync. I think it has to be the PC version. Not 100% certain though.

It works ok for most the users.

It just seems to be one user that is having an issue.

OWA is simply another client. If the user is using BES, using OWA is actually a BETTER test of any functionality as it communicates directly with the server. The client uses its own local DLLs / drivers to communicate with an Exchange server ... so OWA is a better test.

BES 4.3 does not exist.

What BlackBerry handheld and OS is the user using?
