We receive a Policy Error under policy status for several devices. Resending the policy will not help. We are using the default policy. Other devices have the send status or applied successfully.

BES 4.0.2.8, no hf installed.

any ideas ?

did you enter some "User defined Items" in the default policy?
if yes it is a known bug

Security Policy Group:
Disallow Third Party Application Downloads = FALSE

DESKTOP POLICY SETTINGS:
Show Application Loader = TRUE

Try to Security Wipe one of the devices and then Resend.
