Hi all
an user report to us that looking for a name in the address book usign blackberry it finds two entries. It's true, there are two people with the same name in our exchange's gal. In gal theese users have different display name for distinguish them, but in blackberry address book they are displaied with the same "display name" how can i distinguih them also in black berry address book ?
Bes server version 4.1.6.9 on windows server 2003 sp2

Probably by giving one or the other a middle initial or something to change the name up to not conflict from the other.
