This one has stumped me. We have a BES environment, and I have a user that is only receiving emails that are sent to Exchange distribution lists that he is a member of. When sending individual emails to his email address, his 8830 device does not get them.
He is able to send out just fine, and his data transmissions all look good. I have wiped his device and deleted and readded his account to the BES. Any clues?
