Default How to Monitor BES 5.0 - 10-14-2009, 06:23 PM

Our BES 5.0 for Exchange is acting up (stops sending email messages after 48 hours) and is wondering what I can do to monitor the server and figure out why and when it is doing it.

For right now I just reboot the server and it fixes it, but I need to dig deeper and find out why.

No for Me. I enjoy my time away from work.

Hi,

For starters, check the Event Logs and make sure all BES services are running.

If possible, check for BES logs for possible errors.

Cheers
