Default separating corporate email from personal - 10-26-2009, 03:38 PM

hi,

i'm new here, but i've been following threads on this forum for awhile. i've been searching for posts related to the topic above, but i haven't seen any posts about this recently so apologies if this has already been asked. i'm using an 8900 with BES and i'm not even sure how to check what version of BES that i'm on. anyone know what version BES is for t-mobile right now? and more importantly, is there a way to separate your corporate email from your personal besides using empower? i've noticed that my corp email is only available in my "messages" area which holds all BES, BIS, SMS related material.

thanks in advance.

Are you the BES administrator for your company? If not, then there's nothing you can do besides using third-party software if allowed by your IT Policy.

Once you have configured Corp email and personal email, ALL emails will show up under 'Messages' and only personal email will show up on the 'Personal email icon' but you can configure personal emails to be shown in a different colour to those for Corp and this wil be shown in the 'Messages' folder
