Is their a plain "Desktop Manager" install available for BES 5.0?

I appreciate that the Web Desktop Manager Interface will prove to be very useful but we have a majority of browsers running non-microsoft so if there is an alternative I would like to offer it to my IT Support contacts throughout our organisation. I want to have as many options available to me for Enterprise activation purposes.

Yes, there's an actual BlackBerry Desktop Software client that can be installed on the end-user's PC.
You can download it for free from Blackberry.com and it's also included on the CD which comes with each individual BlackBerry device.
