Default Vice president of company having sync issues...help!

Please Login to Remove!

A quick stat overview of our setup:

BES Version 4.1.6.9 running on Windows Server 2k3
Users - 755
Exchange platform -2k7
Problematic user's device - AT&T Blackberry 8310

A couple of weeks ago our company’s VP called saying that when he modifies an email on his PC in any fashion (reads, fwd, reply, etc.) that change is not reflected on his Blackberry.

If/when an email is sent to him or he sends one from his PC, it appears on his Blackberry, no problem. I've been working on a resolution for weeks now and nothing that we have done has resolved the issue. Below are the steps taken thus far:

- Completely delete and recreate user's BES account
- Wipe and restore actual Blackberry device
- Replace Blackberry with brand new Blackberry

I have also checked to make sure that his BES account and the settings on his actual Blackberry are identical with a working account. I have the reconciliation settings at "Mailbox and Handheld'.

Hopefully I've provided all necessary information. If there is anything I left out, please let me know. This is a VERY high profile issue here at work and anything that you all can do to assist would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

How long is the VP waiting to see if things sync up? If he clicks 'Reconcile Now', does it sync then?
