Default GoDaddy hosted BES Remote Images not working!

Hi guys,

I'm using an 8900 on a BES configuration through godaddy.com. It has been good in every respect except I can't load remote images in HTML emails in my BES-enabled account. If I open an HTML email with href tags through the account I set up through my carrier's BIS, the images load fine. However, if I send the same email to the BES-enabled account, it will not load the remote images. I can receive locally added attachments on both accounts.

I found a little by searching "Remote Images" (can't link, I'm too green!) , however is situation involves two BES-style accounts. Mine involves one BIS and one BES, so the Service books are different than what he describes.

Any thoughts on what I can try are greatly appreciated.

What version BES?
Is HTML text coming in color?

Do you know what version and service pack level your hosted BES server is at?
It needs to be at least 4.1 with Service Pack 6 to support HTML messaging.
