What is the difference between BESUserAdminService commands.

-set_password 'password' and
-change -w 'password'

I have both BES 5.0 and BES 4.1.6 servers on two separate machines.

I have asked it because on BES 5.0 I can not use set_password for a newly added BES user, while I was able to do it successfully in BES 4.1.6.

set_password is only succeeding for a user who has a blackberry device attached to it in BES 5.0, while this was not the case for BES 4.1.6.

I need to know the difference b/w set_password and -change password commands.
