Default Need to turn off Wireless Calendar Sync... HELP!!!!!

Please Login to Remove!

Ok, I have an old BES (4.0.3.2), and The users need to sync with Public Calendars, so they have to connect their units to their computers to do the calendar sync.

Well I have 2 users on the BES that I CAN NOT turn off wireless calendar sync!!! I have an IT policy that turns it off on the device side AND on the PIM side, and ot does work for some users, but not all. I can even go to the calendar in the device, and can see that wireless calendar sync is turned off, and I can't even change the setting, which is good.

But when I connect to DM 4.6, I get the popup that I can't sync to CALENDAR because wireless sync is turned on. And the funny thing is, on the server itself, in the user list, there is a heading called "Wireless Calendar Synchronization", and for the 2 users, it says "Enabled", even though I have a policy set to turn it off. By the way, the other user affected has DM 5.0, so I know it's not the DM version.

SO PLEASE!!!!! If anyone knows how to get this working, I would GREATLY appreciate it!!!

Default

Try Address Book > Options > Wireless sync and turn it off if its not. Try removing the battery from the device and plugging it up to the desktop manager without it. Then go to synchronize on the DM adjust the settings to what you would like. If none of that works, delete the service book Desktop [SYNC] and re-send it (dont undelete) it. lemme know..
