I'm a newbee to the Blackberry servers but is it possible to set globally on the BPS that all Blackberry smart phones hard delete message from the handheld and the user mailbox?
This would avoid me of preconfiguring the device and then bring it to the user...

I'm using Blackberry Professional Software 4.1.4B for Microsoft Exchange (2007)
Smart phone been use is Blackberry 8700g?

nope, it is a user function.

BTW, that's not the definition of "hard delete" when it comes to BES/BBs.
