Is there a round up or list of new features/fixes etc which my users will see going from 4.1.2.20 to 4.1.6.7 ?

(it'd be very useful for me to use to "sell" the small amount of downtime to my MD)

The information you are looking for will be in the release notes for Service Pack 6.
The biggest thing your users will notice is the addition of HTML email. That alone should be enough to sell it.

yeah, I think the HTML email & being able to open office 2007 files are the two biggest sellers, was just wondering if there were others i'd missed while reading all the release notes
