I have a user that is using Outlook 2003 and his admin (secretary) is using Outlook 2007. When she accepts a meeting for him from someone else it goes to his calendar in Outlook but does NOT go to his calendar on his BlackBerry Bold. If she creates a meeting and sends it out, it goes to his calendar in Outlook and DOES go to his BlackBerry.

There are 3 people in the office with this same problem. I'm thinking it may be an Office 07 problem with the BES or BlackBerry.

BES BlackBerry Manager version 4.1.2.25
BlackBerry Bold handheld software ver 4.6.0.517
Office 2007 w/ SP2
Office 2003 w/SP3

Wiped and reactivated BB - same issue
Recreated account on BES - same issue
Updated handheld software - same issue
Removed then added admin as a delegate in his Outlook 03 - same issue
Gave admin FULL mailbox rights in Exchange - same issue
Swapped out BlackBerry Bold for a BlackBerry Curve - Same issue

Any ideas?

I would upgrade to SP6 and MR7 on BES.

Also look at your CDO.DLL versions on exchange and BES to see if BES is matching or higher than Exchange server version.

get them on the same version of outlook. delegates with different versions of outlook is a nono.

When you use delegates in Outlook 2007, it is recommended that the manager and all the delegates use Outlook 2007 Service Pack 2
