Default Emails received Internaly but not externaly - 11-05-2009, 06:21 PM

Hi,

I've got the Blackberry professional server installed. The blackberry is receiving all emails when its connected wirelessly to the network. When I connect on 3G emails cannot be sent or received. Port 3101 is open on the firewall as requested on the blackberry documentation.

I did an ethereal scan I see some chatter on port 3101 between the server and IP 206.51.26.124 - that IP resolves to some blackberry infrastructure.

I also see a lot of chatter with blackberry ip and server but on port 4101.

Everything seems to be setup correctly but obviously its not. Any idea's
