Default Blackberries getting stuck (no redirection) - 11-06-2009, 11:28 AM

Recently, the past few days, our blackberry fleet is getting stuck for 15 to 30 minuets at a time. They can't load webpages.

During these times I have checked the BES and it appears to be functioning okay. The devices all have contact times with the last 1 or 2 minuets. I can't see any problems in the logs. Though I really don't know what to look for.

This problem is recent. Nothing has changed in the past few days that I'm aware of.

My BES version is 4.1.2 MR7

So folder redirection is getting messed up?
Or emails sent?

Is your SRP dropping when this happens?

Thought about upgrading to SP6 and MR7 on BES? Your version is a bit old.

BES 4.1.6 MR7, SQL 05, EX03, WES 09 Survivor

I think I wasn't clear. MDS data is what I mean't isn't going through. Using the Blackberry browser you can't load webpages, email and browser push messages don't get received when this issue occurs.

How do I check of the SRP drops?

I doesn't look like it's dropping then. What does this mean for me?

Oops... Looks like I posted the wrong BES version. I'm actually at 4.1.6 already with MR7 too...

Any ideas on what this problem could be?
