Default BlackBerry Transporter - Redirect Folder problem

Hello,

i migrated a BB User (Device Model 8310) from BES 4.0.7 to BES 5.0 with the transporter Tool.
Migration went fine and the user got associated with the new BB Server.

One Problem: The user told me "not all email" is synched to his device... he means email that is moved into subfolders of his Exchange "Inbox" .

--> usually (for a test user on the BES 5.0) i can add redirection settings for Subfolders of "Inbox" by choosing "Select folders" but for this special user i cannot expand "Inbox" so i cannot see any subfolders of "inbox" in BES Management Website.

Any hints?
