We have a BES user, whos information is syncing fine. However, when her secretary creates a new contact in her (BES users') contacts folder, that will not sync over to the blackberry, even though it appears in the users (BES users's) contact folder. I don't even know where to start on this one, but I assume it is either the way the contact is entered, or a permission I need to assign someone... BES maybe not seeing it appear since it is coming from someone else's credentials? Any help would be appreciated.

I would bet on permissions as we have poeple doing the same and they do sync.

Any ideas? Its just a standard delegate setup for the user and her secretary. I can't seem to find anything in the logs at all.
